We Are Bill and Joy Gibson.
Our mission is to lead people out of darkness and into the light of Christ—to find healing, discover their God-given purpose, and share that light with a world in need. When a life is transformed by Jesus, it doesn’t end there. That transformation is meant to be shared, multiplying through disciples who make disciples. This is the heartbeat of our calling—to see lives changed, the gospel spread, and the kingdom of God advanced.
We currently lead:
- Two active fellowships
- A pornography recovery program
- A men’s support group for those battling depression and anxiety
- Weekly discipleship and mentorship with individuals in our growth track
A Decade of Transformation
What began as one small step of faith has become a growing movement of disciples who make disciples.

in local communities have come to Christ through one-on-one evangelism, Discovery Bible Studies, and intentional outreach.
Dozens
of men
have broken free from the grip of pornography and reclaimed their lives through truth, accountability, and grace.
Nearly every new believer
has been personally discipled—one-on-one or in small fellowships—to help them grow and lead others.
150 people weekly
are being reached through outreach events, recovery ministries, and
partnerships with local organizations—bringing hope to the most at-risk.

This past year marked the strongest fundraising season in the history of Pathway Discipleship—a clear testimony to God’s faithfulness and the generosity of our community.
